We keep saying it and it’s not just a catchy claim, it is truly how we envisioned Altamura.

It would have been much easier to offer a menu with the usual classics, commonly seen in every Italian restaurant,

but would not represent us as persons and the path we took as chefs.

We need to see in every plates a memory to cherish, a meaningful piece of our life with our families to remember,

a feeling to hold on, the flavors that we grow up with that we want to taste over and over.

This is how we honor our past and our traditions, it’s how we look back at our Italian heritage and our families and

definitely how we intend to move forward.
